La Colti lies on the main road between Arzachena and Cannigione. A stone farmhouse in an enchanting setting where the traditional rural lifestyle still thrives. We raise prized Limousin cattle and semi-feral pigs using natural methods to offer our guests the finest, leanest meat with high protein content.
Fruit and vegetables, vines and olives: everything we bring to your table is grown and processed on our farm. Cultivated in the time-honoured fashion, the way nature intended, in an environmentally-friendly way. We do not use plastic in our restaurant. We use only recycled paper and organic detergents. La Colti is a member of Fondazione Campagna Amica, an Italian association of environmentally-conscious farmers.
